There are also ones for social club, r* launcher, and gtav if you have that.
They're likely going to make you jump through hoops to prove who you are - and gtav with it's cdkey may make things a little bit easier. They do have a livechat, or a phonecallback - but you need to 'log into' social club to access those. They use to fix this stuff in 5 minutes before the giant flood of people with lost/account issues starting last June.

Some users also just spam forgot password and drop in every email they got then check for the email notification to help denote the one they were using. YMMV there though~
