henri lemieux mission bugged ?

i played the first part as arthur and didn't feel like keep doing his dirty work after getting tb. now as john the second part of the mission is not showing up and yes i'm going there at night. the mission still shows up on the log but it says that it will continue at a later time. am i doomed or is there a way to solve this ♥♥♥♥ ?
