Memory Leak(?) Help

I only recently began playing the game again, so I'm not sure if this issue is new for me or not. I first had a random, instant, CTD last night. It occurred after playing for about 2 1/2 hours. Today after about another 2 1/2 hours, the game began warning me that video memory was low and then it crashed about 30 seconds later. I have an RTX 2060 and the game runs flawlessly at the "Balanced" graphics settings, seemingly until I run into this issue, where it suddenly crashes. All of the solutions I've looked up seem to only be for the steam deck. I'm not super tech savvy, so I'd appreciate any help. Thank you in advance :)

I was having a lot of CTD and tried a few things one of these 2 did the trick in the end 1 disable cloud save storage (i believe this was te problem causing CTD) 2 disable real-time protection on windows defender while you play, after doing this I had no more CTD, hope it helps

Pretty sure this has something to do with the most recent update. Borked a lot of things for a lot of people
