Chores
A few questions about chores:

1) Can I do them all at once and get a bigger boost to honor, etc?

2) I approached the wood that needed splitting and am unable to interact with it. Is this because I just carried hay for the horses and a cooldown is needed?

3) Where are they? I looked up chores on the RDR2 Wiki and there's quite a few of them, but the wiki doesn't elaborate on their locations:
https://reddead.fandom.com/wiki/Chores

...and so far I've only found the wood pile and the hay bales.

4) I'm at the very beginning of Chapter 2 and haven't progressed the story at all, despite playing here for a while. I'm camped at Horseshoe Lookout. I've heard that milking the cow isn't available until the epilogue. Are any other chores restricted until later?

Side note: that wiki helped me get through Fallout 4. It's pretty awesome, although it's not as good for RDR2 as it is for FO4.

You will see a black dot on the map if the chores are available. If you wake up in the morning they will all be available, other gang members may do them through the day and they disappear. You get same honor boost per chore no bonus for doing more. Just sleep and wake up in the morning and you will see all of them available if you walk around camp.

That Wiki link applies to the chapter after RDR2 Story Epilogue Chapter John has built Beeches Hope farm and those are the Farm Chores.

Camp chores are chop wood, top up water in the washing tub and carry sacks of hay to the horses.
Once done cant be done again till either the evening or next day,

There is also the sacks of flour to take to the cook at the camp.... I mentioned the wood, bucket of water and hay earlier... where the hay is look around for the big sacks on the ground in a hessian bag... Let me know how you go...

The biggest boost at camp for your honor is to Donate at least, but not more than $22 at the Donation Box. A similar large honor boost is given when you bring 3 complete animals (any condition) to Pearson for provisions. A large on the back and two on the side accompany me back to camp every 3 days at least.

Stay out for more than 3 days and take an honor hit instead - not terrible, but still a hit. The idea being it's your job to feed the camp and if you don't - take the hit.

There's a bug when bringing whole Deer back - for some reason whole Deer want to be Crafting and not Provisions. I'm not sure it matters, but I bring anything other than a Deer on the back when I come in. Fish also work - so keep some of those on board in case hunting is poor. 3 whole animals of any kind or condition ring the honor bell.

It's actually Corn (Maize), but yea - weighs about the same. I never got any Cornbread at camp. Pearson must be hoarding it. I know I've carried 16 Tons of Corn over there and got nothing to show for it...lol

1)4) Milking the cow is available only in the epilogue. I already answered this question of yours in other thread :D. Rest of chores are available in epilogue... shoveling sh!te, get eggs from chicken coop/ enclosure, water the garden, etc i don't remember... basically harvest moon stuff.

I have never watered the garden - how on Earth did I miss that?

:)

No, I didn't mean "that garden",
Tapping Water Around The Ranch <-- this one?

Maybe - I can see the Garden and they look awful dry - I never walked that way.
I put water in the Sheep Pen trough and 2 troughs (trough - water container for animals) in the Bigger Horse/Cow Corral, but never on the 'Garden'.

I could have missed that dried up, pitiful 'Garden' my loving Wife planted and doesn't take care of. She can't cook and apparently doesn't Garden either (why did I marry her - oh yea - Jack - is he mine?..lol)

Beecher's Hope is great for growing rocks.
