FPS drops randomly causing stuttering
Title says it all, normally my laptop runs very smoothly

but I randomly get massive FPS drops with stutters and I don't know why, I try everything to fix it but noting seems to work, I change around every setting configuration I can think of with zero result.

Capping the FPS seems to work some but then loading RDR2 or using fast travel takes 5 times longer at a cap of 60 FPS

Switch to Vulkan over dx12. it removes most stuttering.

I crash way too much using Vulkan

You can try to undervolt your cpu with third party tools like throttle stop. Also repasting might help. But this is more complicated and not entirely safe for someone who hasn't done it before. And I can´t garantee that the problem isn´t somewhere else. But I leave some links in case no one has a better solution.

I never done this before, I don’t know what I’m doing, also don’t prefer to boot up this third party program each time I turn on the computer

So I lowered my CPU so it wont work as much with the result of the GPU at 49% and CPU at 55% I don't think this is right.

Get a desk fan blowing underneath your elevated laptop. There isn't much more you can do at this point. BTW. fps cap doesn't affect loading times. What exactly are you doing when you say you "cap" the frames at 60.

This is the screen I get when I turn on FPS cap at 60
I time the computer and it took 4 minutes and 32 seconds to load.
