Which accessories are included, because i cant see anything that i can spend this benefit voucher on.

Go to a store or catalog. Click on clothing and you will see at the end of the list accessories. Anything in that area of the catalog.

tried that. wasted 20 bucks on a set of braces thinking i'd get em for free...

You should open (Enter) the item you want e.g. gloves and there will be option (Ctrl IIRC) to pay with your voucher. This applies only to non-goldbar priced items.
