Hair Tonic for PC version

SO took me forever to find this for PC so posting this in case others are looking. Hit B pull up the list, then tab over to the hand icon and the Hair tonic should be in there.

Yes for PC users, it tells you on multiple occasions on how to open the damn satchel. One of the most used features in the game.

Bull. The dude just made a post. I remember the hair tonic being hard to find. The issue wasn't opening the satchel.

All of the console guides should be the same for PC except for the buttons used, and the game teaches you how to open your satchel in the very first mission anyways.
