Just say NO to Lenny.
I run some mods.
None of them are Lenny's
Is it the trainer or the mod loader giving issues?
If it's the trainer I just used it as an exemple. But I still don't know where I should put the files if I'm using LML and installing any other mods manually.
I use these - they do NOT alter any game files - and are Dead Easy to remove for Online - or Updates:
No game files altered.
Latest Script hook deployed.
I put all 13 mod files in a folder on another drive - so I know EXACTLY what's in there.
I delete all those files for Online - or updates - and move them back in for Modded Story:

I can Mod - or go Vanilla in seconds.
Here is the very latest script hook - and the page you bookmark for when it gets updated - after a game update (Alex lives in Ukraine - so... yea... could take a while, ya know, unless the war ends - it's good for now):

I have the latest script hook installed, but all the other stuff you posted is very informative.
Thanks!
lml is where lennys mod loader loads mods from so you put lml mods there.
asi mods in game folder
If you have more questions feel free to ask, I've been using LML and other mods by the same author for months.
EDIT: Important side note, if you're going to use Lenny's Simple Trainer, make sure to replace the ''version.dll'' file that comes with it with the one found in the most recent Asi Loader version here: https://www.rdr2mods.com/downloads/rdr2/tools/9-rdr-2-asi-loader/. The one that comes with the trainer itself is currently outdated due to a recent game update.
The mods that I had downloaded required them to be in their own sub folder in the lml folder.
Have never gotten any of these mods to work.
Keep getting the following error in the asiloader.log file;
"vfs.asi" failed to load
I have been sticking to just the mods that requires ScriptHookRDR2 and the included
asi loader dinput8.dll
