So, first time I visited her this week, I couldn´t even get to the sell and buy menus, 2nd time it worked but now collector maps are ruined, can´t complete the challenge with them.

The collector stuff and medal detector usually gets bugged every time R* does an update, which is about once per week. Just exit the game and delete the "player" file in your Documents\Rockstar folder for this game and then reload the game.

Ok thanks, I´ll try to test the maps one more time, if they are still messed for me, I´ll try deleting that file.

Ok thanks, I´ll try to test the maps one more time, if they are still messed for me, I´ll try deleting that file.

Well, I tried the deletion method, launcher warned me about cloud save conflict, I selected the cloud save and the bug is still there. I guess I shouldn´t pick the cloud save at all?

correct.
keep system.xml to keep your graphic settings.
keep keybindings file to keep your personal keybinds.
keep PRDR files if you want to keep single player Save Games intact.

everything else in the Profiles and Settings folders can be deleted.
they will all be recreated.
when you start the game you indeed don't select Cloud Saves,
or that will restore your files/settings with the bugged state that they were.

it's a repeat issue like bad motha mentioned
think i'm up to 9 or 10 times that i had to apply this fix to get my metal detector, flowers and maps to work again.

I tried this too, it literally deletes all of my progress, no matter if I keep the files in.

Edit: Nvm, actually fixed it, thought it had deleted my progress first since it was displaying the Colter area in main menu.

I have had this issues , you have to equip nothing in hands and it will show up. I get this with all NPC

It doesn't delete your online player. The player file you have on local disk is simply for in-game cache purposes. Yes it will look odd when you go back into the game main menu afterwards. But after you join/start the Online it will re-download that player file again along with the main menu cache for the Online stuff. Which allows for those extras buttons you see later such as Freeroam, Camp, Featured Series, Races, general location based spawn-ins; etc.

Your online player will always be stored on Rockstar's end. You can see it via this site, as long as logged into R* SC via web browser.
