Edit; genuinely curious what market American Samoa falls under, at least in regards to Steam. I would think it would be US, but you're fairly close to NZ and AU geographically ... but if you genuinely see the price at $60 and not $50, it can't be the US, unless there's some locality / islander tax ... but would that apply to digital goods? And would it somehow make you exempt from the sales, which appear to impact every other market? linky[steamdb.info]
Or you just go online elsewhere and grab it for around $9-15
That's not true, at least in the last offers it did not fall below $40
