Unable to interrogate with the poacher, Charles Bison hunting mission, chapter 2
So in the mission after hunting Bison we go after the poachers who were killing Bison for fun and Charles shoots on of them and game tells us to interrogate the other poacher, but as soon as we press 'e' to interrogate the poacher nothing happens and the option to interrogate never appears again and I am stuck!
