if MP to the collector.that is if we get the items off bodies without the role but need the role to sell to her or no role the fence no quest

dont sell anything to madam nazaar until they are full sets. all random jewelry sell to fence.

in single player you can also donate jewelry to your camp as well. some jewelry you can use to craft so dont sell those(might not be able to sell).

Rhodes I think has Fence in both single player and online. But you can check the map to find others.
