What kind of clothes do I need for going back to Mount Hagen

I would like to tame that white horse that is supposed to be around the lake Isaabella but I don´t know which clothes I need there and there don´t seem to be any winter clothes at the general store in Valentine.

Obviously though the clothes the vendor offers aren't tagged as winter clothes. There are some clothes which are described as suitable for warm conditions but nothing for the opposite.

you can buy a winter outfit or build your own. just put on a nice warm looking jacket, a hat and some gloves. then to double check, go to your saved outfits and it will say whether its for warm, cold or average weather. Then store 1 of each outfit on your horse. presto you are covered whereever you go.

Just equip the thick blue coat you had in the prologue.

I don´t have that anymore, I checked my crate at the camp but this outfit is not there. It was actually the first thing I checked before I asked here.

I´ve also read that the trapper can craft you some winter clothes so that´s what I will check out next because I really enjoy the hunting!
