What chapter are you in? There is a mission in chapter 3 that unlocks the 'horse fence', and he has a location just north of the Clemens Point camp. Sell your stolen horses at one of the horse fence locations.

This is story mode only. I haven't played online and have no idea where to take stolen horses in that part of the game.

The "Horse Flesh for Dinner" mission in chapter 3 unlocks fencing horses off in story mode. You can only really sell your own horses that you bought at the stables.

There's no way to gain money by selling horses in online.
Western cowboy video game yet you cannot even sell horses

okay

What the heck are you talking about? 2 of us just told you how to sell stolen horses. Did you not even bother reading what we wrote?

delete your comment when you realize that I was asking for online mode, not story,

anyone asking such questions would know and understand that I'm asking for online, it is easy to make money for story, so it makes sense to think I was asking for online,

So we're supposed to guess that you were talking about online play when nowhere in your original post did you mention your question was referring to online play?

All righty then.

Right? Never mind the fact that RDR online has its own discussion board on steam. If the question was referring to online play, why not post it there instead?

Nah, I don't agree with that. This version also includes the Online so it's totally fine to ask questions regarding the Online here. That being said, one shouldn't post questions that could be answered with a 10s Google search. Or if one insists on doing so, at least add that the question regards the Online mode. But this dude comes out here being condescending as ♥♥♥♥ when he phrased his question inaccurately and that's just bad etiquette.

I know that this is about 5 years late but you know you can just form a level one bond with the horse and then sell it at the stable right

You can't bond wild horses in RDO.
