i know it may be asked 200 times, but i’m trying anyway :)

i took the fov mod for the single player, i’d like to go online with a mate to do just random stuff and pve together.

do you think the mod will be detected as a cheat ?

i don’t want to get vac & ban from this awesome game

No, do not attempt to use any single player mods in multiplayer, not only will it likely not work, you may catch a ban for trying, remove all mods and scripthooks from your folder before going online.

Zero mods allowed in RDO.

Make sure you thoroughly clean all modified and extra files in the installation folder.
Just verifying and redownloading in Steam doesn't remove the latter.

If in doubt, uninstall the game, manually delete the whole installation folder, then re-install.

BTW, RDR2 doesn't use VAC, so no VAC or game bans on Steam.
Rockstar will just ban your Social Club account for RDO, and since that is permanently linked to your Steam account, you can't remove and rebuy the game on that Steam account either.

okay thank you globefish for the clear answer, the mod is just like a tool, i haven’t added anything to the files it’s a zip than i have to start after the game and it change only the fov nothing else.
