Will I Get Banned?

i have this mod lobby manager thing for rdo since public lobby are flooded with modders/cheaters. I has it like a year ago but not play it for moths now so will i get banned by rockstar??

Why are you using that mod though?

Just make and use the startup.meta

Change Lobby you just exit game, change the startup.meta password within; save file and load up into game again.

i use the lobby manager from nexus and it says something about that startup.meta too so will i get banned from using it? does it detected by BE anti-cheat?

BE does not apply to RDO, only GTA-Online.
However Rockstar can still detect mods and mod-menus in RDO and ban you for it.
Best bet would be not to use any 3rd party apps/files in the RDR2/RDO game folder; just the startup.meta by itself.

You wont get banned for startup.meta method. A mod that makes a private lobby just might get you banned though. Ive been using the startup.meta a long time whenever i wanna play with friends or just farm in peace and nothings happened to me.

I've heard people using it for years... and not a single person has reported that they got banned and were using it so ... it avoids the cheaters.

As long as the Lobby/Session Manager is not put in the game folder and that all it does is handle a startup.meta file then it should be fine.

In GTA you just go to Story Mode. Once loaded in press ESC > go to Online > Invite Only Session.
