Just make and use the startup.meta
Change Lobby you just exit game, change the startup.meta password within; save file and load up into game again.
However Rockstar can still detect mods and mod-menus in RDO and ban you for it.
Best bet would be not to use any 3rd party apps/files in the RDR2/RDO game folder; just the startup.meta by itself.
