My problem is that after shooting next to the stopped train a bug occurred after I watched the cut scene when dutch said to start shooting at the carriage the carriage is invisible and what is left are doors and flying guns inside, and after shooting at it for several minutes nothing happened, do you have any advice?

Usually I just reset the mission by going into the interactive log menu and force quit the mission. However if it persists, verify the Red Dead Redemption 2 files in Steam>Properties. Right click on the game and it should be there, in properties head to Local Files and you should be able to verify the files.
