The only "sex scene" in the game is in the mission that you get drunk with Lenny in the Valentine saloon . And it's missable and a couple of seconds and has nothing to do with Arthur or any of the main characters. There's one more that you can't see but hear between Sean and Keran after you save him but it's still missable .

It's made perfectly clear in-game why Arthur is not interested in prostitutes. Some sex is shown, there's frontal male nudity, the game does not shy away from it but the protagonist simply isn't interested. You're on the internet, there's more free porn out there than you can see in a lifetime, and you could always go out there in the real world and have actual sex. I don't see what the big deal is.

Eisbar, the game character, may have been married and / or in love, but it's not like he has to be a monk all his life, so mostly a criminal who kills and steals, etc. Can he just let off steam with alcohol? unless it's a robot I can believe it, but that way it's ridiculous.
