Where are the Goats?

So I'm trying to get a Perfect Goat Hide in Online Mode and I have looked everywhere. All the Interwebs show is for the SIngle Player Campaign and I checked damn near every Ranch. I was just hoping to get that Glove set Gus is offering but right now I just can't find any Goats. Sheep in abundance, but not Goats.

Anyone know a place where Goats are gonna Spawn 100% of the Time so I cna get this over with?

No animals are going to spawn 100% of the time in online, but when animals do spawn, at Emerald Ranch, there is guaranteed to be goats.

Emerald's ranch goat enclosure is a tad hard to find, if you face the Fence it's all the way on the left hand side corner, there's a little mound of grass that's the chicken shack, and you'll find either two or three goats there with some chickens.

There's a small ranch with Goats that free roam during the day in New Hanover - it's called "Larned Sod" (sp?) on the map.

The ranch has a small sod-covered dwelling, and is off the main road - West of Emerald Ranch, and South East of Heartland Oil Fields.

You can use you horse to drive the goats away from the Building, and then use you Bow & Arrow to quietly take out a goat of your choice.

If you are too obvious, the dog will harass you, and the Rancher may also come looking. I have found that silence is the best option.

You can also go at night, but it is more likely that the Rancher will become involved. Luck

Nevermind... turns out you have to sell him the hides first... kind of stupid if ask me but whatever. Shouldn't have taken me 3+ Hours to get a pair of gloves

Online it's super hard to find goats. Many farm the ranches and small farms for livestock meat and pelts in order to make a few bucks, especially in New Hanover.
So hardly any goats spawn, when you go there.
It can be insane in this game, if you're looking for a specific animal, everything else will spawn, just not the one you're looking for. I was just looking for a perfect goat, too, took me also 3+ hours, checking out different locations until I succeeded eventually.

Rathskeller Fork in New Austin always has goats running around inside it.

hard,,, simply run away a bit and come back if they ddint spawn the first time, you can do this for alot of animals like moose and farmland habitat, depends on time of day as well
