If you unaware, you can send your feedback to rockstar with this link. There is two functions on that page, feedback and bug reports. Bug reports will create a new support ticket while feedbacks does not. Of course like everything on digital world you need to log in to do these so they can track your ticket and feedback. Mind you though, waiting too long on feedback page will result in timeout error so hit that refresh button.

Have you ever talked with Rockstar's support? I can all but guarantee you your feedback will go right into a junk folder and never be seen. If it is seen, it'll be totally disregarded.

I have dealt with all kinds of companies support teams. Even worked in support myself. Rockstar's support is by far, easily, without a doubt, the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. They don't read what you say and are trained to just copy-paste verbatim from their support manual. I have asked question they straight up ignored. One even just closed the ticket on me before I could respond.

Yeah I know but I did left some interesting note at end of my support ticket so I wonder if they even reply back because if one push too hard but with friendly words they actually forward ticket to level 2-3 agent then responds with human and not copy paste. Copy paste is usually the first reply in my experience.

Support person just asked me to upload a video to YouTube so they can see the issue I'm having. They are clearly out of touch. Speaking which I'm about to boot up vice city to Out of Touch song.

Rockstar has a brilliant developer team, and a support team with one brain-cell amongst them, and whoever borrowed it last, is out sick. There's no point what so ever in contacting them, because all you'll ever receive is a pre-written response that has NOTHING to do with your issue, and won't solve anything.
