Report a translation problem
I have dealt with all kinds of companies support teams. Even worked in support myself. Rockstar's support is by far, easily, without a doubt, the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. They don't read what you say and are trained to just copy-paste verbatim from their support manual. I have asked question they straight up ignored. One even just closed the ticket on me before I could respond.
Yeah I know but I did left some interesting note at end of my support ticket so I wonder if they even reply back because if one push too hard but with friendly words they actually forward ticket to level 2-3 agent then responds with human and not copy paste. Copy paste is usually the first reply in my experience.
Support person just asked me to upload a video to YouTube so they can see the issue I'm having. They are clearly out of touch. Speaking which I'm about to boot up vice city to Out of Touch song.
