You realize that there was nothing like that until you brought it up, right? Which means it was in *your* mind.
They do WHAT?!
Yes the Horse Balls move a bit, naturally, and they change size based on outside temperature, again, naturally. And yes unlike tons of other games, wet MEANS wet. Being in water too long even makes your actively equipped weapons become dirty and will require cleaning much faster if you stay in water above your knees for too long. Your weapons will even shown signs of visual wear & tear and/or rust if you allow the condition to reach low enough.
NO you can't actually shoot the horse's balls. A reason for this I can think of is that a male horse just had the balls and penis added on, since a female horse would not have that. So overall, while there is attention to details for sure, the reactions and/or moods of a male vs female horse are not any different when directly compared. Only real difference being that male horses have visible balls & penis.
You can knock down or knock out a horse though by shooting it in the head or butt with a game arrow. I sometimes do that in RDO with enemy horses, as a means to disable the horse in some way, momentarily without actually killing it.
Now if I could just get the horse penis erect... apparently Rockstar didn't want to get too detailed and graphic with stuff. I honestly don't see why there is ZERO sexual pleasures to be had in the RDR game world. It really makes me wonder WTF is wrong with that world outside that it's OK to have blood, gore, endless acts of violence, head and limbs blown off, lengthy bleed-outs... but any form of sexual act is totally off limits and too taboo. This world has become seriously retarded to say the least.
