I'm mainly getting the game to lol at the horse balls, so:

- How soon do you get a horse with balls?
- Can you zoom in on them?
- Do they move as the horse is moving?
- Any mods for more horse ball options?
- Can you shoot a horse in the balls?
- Anything else I know about them?

Yes, RockStar knew it's audience and the horseballs mechanics take about 80GB of space to make each ball unique, having a suburb physic mechanic that takes up a beefy computer to render, being the main selling point of the game. Around this system they made some weird cowboy game like who cares really, just some flavour around the horseball system.

I'd imagine the ol' sayin rings true - larger the horse, larger the ... everything else.

So far as specific breeds, the Thoroughbred and Dutch Warmblood come to mind. Also the draft (Shire, etc.) and war (Ardennes, etc.) horses are likely good candidates. I'd leave it up to you to find the best examples. You'll also see an increased 'catalog' in RDO.
