SPOILER FOR CHAPTER 6 / EPILOGUE: Is there any mod, where I can keep Arthurs Stuff?

I am looking for a mod, where I can keep Arthurs entire inventory, including money, valuables and horses, once, you switch to John at the end of Chapter 6.
Does something like that exist? I looked in Nexus, but couldn't find anything.

Some unique valuables transfer over and the only way I know without mods to transfer money is with the Aberdeen Pig Farm letting yourself get caught right before the final missions with Arthur then going back in Epilogue.

You lose all your horses but majority of them are purchasable from stables or can be found/stolen again in the epilogue anyways...

You lose almost all crafted/gathered consumables/ingredients, but otherwise you keep all the important stuff like upgraded satchels, talismans, trinkets, clothing, recipes, weapons.

Since we are playing on PC, I am okay with using mods, I just couldn't find any, that let's you keep everything.

Sorry I don't play with mods myself, have gone through the story three times so far without any so I can't say.

Not a mod, but im pretty sure if arthur loses his money to the fat incest barn people then john can go back and get it.
