unable to initialize graphics device.
I've looked as far as i could and i get the same result "Open settings under red dead 2". My problem is I don't have that folder at all. It's missing. I've also copied some codes that some guy said would work ( maybe i had did it wrong but I don't believe so) and that also was unable to run the game. This is my final destination before it just sits in the library waiting to be played or I come across some solution. Thank you

same game wont launch no matter what i do.. and i have all updated graphics running a high end pc wtfff

Game apparently doesnt create a settings folder as it should, and also defaults to a "vulcan" graphics card instead of yours smh. This worked for me btw.
