Hi.

While playing I have accepted the mission where they ask me to provide wood. What event and when does that event have to happen in order to take the carriage with the logs?

I have already had the event of the tree falling, and to test it I have been sleeping and after almost 4 days it told me to come back later. Do we have to advance the story for those events?

The fact is that the construction of the foreman's cabin is not even progressing.

If I’m not mistaken all you have to do is steal a wood wagon and return it to him. Of course I’ve never went that route, I always loaned him the money.

You have to go to Applebees something there talk to the foreman pay for the carriage and drove it back to the Father thats how i did it

I've tried to do that, but every time I go to talk to the foreman he tells me to come back later.

And where do they appear? I have seen in videos that they appear next to the Valentine butcher, but I have gone to my game and I can't see it there or in the surrounding area. Do you know if I need to advance the story? Because that's what it is. I just did the bear mission with Hosea.

Try looking around Valentine and Strawberry for one. If you've already done the Appleseed Timber missions, there should be one sitting around their site to steal. Or you can just outright buy the wagon from Appleseed, but where's the fun in that?

I have been searching in those areas and have not found anything. Also he didn't complete the missions. And that's one of my questions, if to complete the sawmill missions I have to advance in the story, because even though the days go by, the foreman keeps telling me to come back later because he doesn't have the supplies.

And since I have started the mission of the father who asks me for money or wood, I don't know if that mission has a limit of days. That was my other question.

In any case, I have not talked about buying the car with the wood, but about stealing it and delivering it. That's more "fun" or entertaining than just paying $100 and waiting for the dad to finish building the house.

I am toward the end of chapter 3 and have already helped the father build the house. That said, I just went to Appleseed Timber and there were no wagons to steal. Come to find out the laborers will not put together or start moving wood wagons until the Foreman is supplied with goods. So I sold goods to the Foreman and left. After I did a few side missions, fished for a bit, I came back to find two wood wagons sitting near the Foreman's shack.

So try selling goods to the Foreman, leaving for awhile and do some quests, then come back to see if there aren't any carts that spawn. Apparently the work crew there won't work until their camp is resupplied through trading items.
