Anyone know of a mod to skip the Strauss missions?
I already know the story, and I already know that these missions are critical to it, but I actually don't like them because of gameplay. Rather running around doing other stuff and collecting bounties on the way to and from those places, every other quest just STOPS and you HAVE to complete all of the bounties and return their debts to the box to continue.

Like, it'd be nice to complete a bunch of quests in a big line. I could start by Black Belle, work my way over to Billy Midnight, get the two bounties at Emerald Ranch, ride past camp and get Wrobel, and then ride down to break out Micah and rescue Sean.

But instead the makes me drop everything to do these quests, which aren't even fun to do to begin with, and are more so chores than anything else. On top of that, it's not like breaking Micah out of jail and getting an off-hand holster or confronting Billy Midnight and getting his pistol, you don't get almost anything from collecting bounties.

I don't wanna change the story by not doing them, I don't wanna load a save from after them and do all that treasure-hunting, looting exploration all over again, and I definitely don't just wanna stop here and not continue. However, looking at Nexus Mods, I couldn't find a single mod about skipping annoying quests or not having to deal with Strauss, which is surprising considering how many mods there are to perform much less mundane cheats like give yourself infinite money or unlock every weapon.

You're literally wasting more time writing this essay and complaining then it would take to just do them. Stop being a baby, It's not like you're forced to do all of them.

If you are willing to use Mods, then you should have at least a ScriptHook + ASI Loader + Rampage Trainer. You can then use the trainer to simply jump-spawn to those quest areas, making them take alot less time.

But yea it's all part of the story so you can't skip them. Just get yourself past them and then you can settle in and enjoy the open world a bit more with ease.

Well, there's a modification on nexus, that might do exactly that:
Mission Controller or Master Unlocker

But it looks a bit buggy, what you can read there in the posts, better backup all your actual saves before installing and use this one rather carefully because tempering with the story/timeline is almost always messy with the saves, depending what you are planning to do storywise.

I never used this mod ever, but I knew about it - so I thought that this might be what you are looking for ;-)

Do not forget to backup your saves beforehand !!!

Backup all your non-modded saves; don't mix those up.
Some mods or loading of script-hook may cause the achievement system to not work during that time, so be mindful of this.
Strauss, is your knight and shining armor gamer. Consider the money worth your while, don't want to them? Stop playing, you know who you are in the game, it's a Godless world friend, and you just doing the Devil's work, can't skip evil.
