But yea it's all part of the story so you can't skip them. Just get yourself past them and then you can settle in and enjoy the open world a bit more with ease.
Well, there's a modification on nexus, that might do exactly that:
Mission Controller or Master Unlocker
But it looks a bit buggy, what you can read there in the posts, better backup all your actual saves before installing and use this one rather carefully because tempering with the story/timeline is almost always messy with the saves, depending what you are planning to do storywise.
I never used this mod ever, but I knew about it - so I thought that this might be what you are looking for ;-)
Do not forget to backup your saves beforehand !!!
Some mods or loading of script-hook may cause the achievement system to not work during that time, so be mindful of this.
