Horse size change kinda
when you are buying horse you can variate its size

so whithin one particular horse you can have some changes in height

to do so just pick an equine of choice scroll to other and go back and you can see that it changed

it is random and sometimes it chages ever so slightly that you won't even notice

Yeah, but does it change the size of your horse after you leave the stable? I'm willing to bet there is no change.

i recon that after you bought the horse the size fixes on it
but you can still reroll the height on the buy menu
