Yep, looks like servers are taking a crap, likely due to the increased demand for GTA5 being given away for free or something. Nice one, Rockstar. Here's their status in case you were wondering:

they just spit on the GTA V and RDR2 servers, they're gonna get the money to buy games and donate the rest of your problems

what did they think, giving GTA5 for free away, all the perm banned kids jumping on this like hot-potato's to get a new account to cheat with.

still not worth the 5 bucks lol
Im stuck with this expensive sub par garbage because it took more than 2 hours to find out all the issues with online play. now cant even play the single player game that did work.
