Can't use collectors maps from Madam Nazar

Whenever I try to use them, it says something like "You can't use this right now. More areas will be unlocked at higher levels." Has anyone had a similar problem with this or knows how to make them accessible again?

There is some items that you need to buy like the shovel and the metal detector then the maps will usable and these items only unlock for purchase at higher levels, just look at the role tab in the game for more info.

i'm level 20 in collector role and same happens with me, so just wait some time or try collecting another set and then you will be able to use the map

I don't really use collector maps anymore (I did in the beginning) as I use a site which has the locations of all the collectables spots on my second screen, so I haven't encounted this issue (I'm l20 as well, leveled up the last time the collectors role had a bonus month)
