Cant continue Gunslinger Quest

I got all 4 gunslingers but i cant see a marker to finish it. I looked it up and i saw something about not being able to finish it until chapter 4, is this true?

It doesn't continue until after the mission with the poker game on the riverboat. Just be patient and keep playing.

Its not a glitch, the marker always apears after reaching chapter 6 at the saloon in Valentine where you first met them.
Just enjoy the story, and dont worry so much on stranger missions if this is your first play through..
