Epilogue Charles Request
I got the eagle feather, did the mission A New Future Imagined, and now I can't seem to find Charles at the camp before American Venom. Is it too late to turn in the request?

Probably, as he's involved in that mission's opening cutscene (iirc). You could try interrupting the mission somehow, likely by shooting or causing explosions in the immediate vicinity, or maybe by drawing in a nearby predator; doing so will temporarily 'turn off' the mission, which should make Charles available again.
