Please help me

I'm at Hani's Bethel and the Cigarette Card or the letter and age pirate rum are not there. I look at the spots their suppose to be and they are not. Help me please.

The Aged Pirate Rum is in the chimney inside the house. When you get close enough, you will get a prompt to "Search" the chimney.

The Guarma Rum, Money and Volatile Dynamite Pamphlet are in a chest under the broken wagon outside.

There is no prompt to search the chimney i just said that. I look and look and no prompt.

When stuff is stashed inside of a fireplace, sometimes you need to crouch down and walk directly towards it.

How about the chest under the broken wagon... did you find that?

Yeah i found that. Thats the main reason i went there to get the Volatile Dynamite Pamphlet.
