BLURRY TEXTURES
Hi, i got this problem where every tecture looks blurry or unfinished, like a ps3 game or something like that, even with the graphic settings on ultra, the only way ive been able to fixed it (i tried every single yt video talking about this, upcalling, TAA whatever) was deleting the game folder in Documents/RockstarGames, but i gotta do this every time i open the game, otherwise i will be having the same textures error.
The weird thing is that the game goes 60 fps (prolly more, but the game locks it at 60), THATS literally the only issue.

Is this a common error in the game? is there anyway i can fix this textures once and for all? or my game is just broken?
I'd appreciate your help, thanks.

Forgot what causes it to happen but it's ether using Volkan or using Dx12 though i'm sure that Dx12 makes the graphics details look smooth in comparison to Volkan Setting.

Some users have issues if they use Dx12 though , while others don't for some reason.

i use vulkan, because if i use dx12 the game crash from time to time, even tho, with dx12 i got the same issue with the textures, ive tried all...

I used nvidia dsr to boost resolution in nvidia settings then lowered resolution scaling in a game little. Little worse perfomance but game looked much better an less blurry. You can try nvidia sherpening too if you want.

It's probably due to your screen resolution, are you in 1080p? 1440p? 4K? or lower? I used NVIDIA's DSR and i noticed some textures are sharper and higher res than native 1080p (Not due to TAA)

i play in 1080p, thats the max i can go

1080 is quite blurry due to TAA, but it shouldn't look like PS3 textures

You could try something like this reshade, which shouldn't affect performance but is aimed to vulkan/1080p

In graphics

TAA medium/high(play around)

Advance

TAA sharperning bar -Medium--high
Resolution scale at least least 5/4(1.250)

Thats helped me with blurriness
