Good settings for great visual?
What do you suggest? Especially sharpening and smoothness settings, I am going to use dldsr or dsr 2.25, I have a 1440p monitor and rtx 4080s

You have a 4080s, you should be fine to push visuals. Just use hardware unboxed's optimized settings, and then raise them as you see fit.

With a 4080 you can push graphics to maximum without DLSS.

I've used Visual Redemption in the past but I now prefer Vestiga as it improves a lot more than just visuals

After google searching your same question weeks and weeks ago I found a forum post that made a spreadsheet of what graphics settings are most optimal for performance while also providing great visuals. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G_gB_VumRB0_hyFppVpuWXrJWOzFM9Fsk0loxRUIaW4/edit#gid=0
I have an RTX 2080 so these settings would definitely provide great performance and visuals and you could probably up a few of these values to your personal preference. I also personally recommend Whyem's visuals and particles, some excellent mods that really enhance the look of the game.

if you can get DLDSR working I heard it's good, but I've never gotten it to work myself as it has issues with ultrawide resolutions.

I've been using DLSS version 3.7 and using DLSSTweaks to force DLAA and it looks incredible.
