Who is the guy in the RDR2 title image/poster?

The guy you see when you click the game in your steam library. He doesn't look like anyone in the game at all to me. He actually looks sorta like Dennis Quaid to me with the big nose. I know it's supposed to be either Arthur or John but I don't see the likeness nose is just too big.

Many of the characters don't 100% look like them at all in their artworks but it is them.
