red dead redemption logo keeps flashing even when not playing

it's real faint. on all screens ( even start up screen win 10)i shut off machine, unplugged gpu, logged off steam and still the
red dead redemption flickers on all screens faintly in the background
no clue how to turn it off. is there and INI. file i can disable any help apprec
it actually flickers real faintly but runs all the time even with no apps open

update,, uninstalled program and restored computer to two days and it's gone
just seems weird it was there in the first place. haven't played for months though
just a flickering image of red dead redemption logo in the background. no clue

That doesn't make much sense; how you see that game logo during the OS loading screen?

is was a real faint red dead logo barely see it but it flickered on all screens even my browser after i uninstalled the program, just restoring my computer solved it.. May have solved it before i uninstalled red dead but don't know. it's gone now though

Again, I think you experienced a screen burn-in; now it is gone.

Uninstalling game, restoring your OS; all of that was utter non-sense into solving this.
