Getting into blackwater

SPOILERS: Is it possible to get into the lower left part of the map as Arthur? I thought at somepoint during the game you would travel back into blackwater and that never happened. Now Im playing as John in the epilogue and it seems I can but I havent tried yet. Is it possible with arthur during the main game tho?

As Arthur NO except if some glitches still work or using trainers. He was supposed to visit Blackwater and New Austin area at some point in the game but it was cut during development by Rockstar.

well you can remove the red zone from Great plains and i think maybe blackwater with lockdown manager mod

you can get into the blackwater / tall trees area as arthur

the problem is that bounty hunters will appear very quickly (and respawn quickly), but they can be outrun (especially if you know the terrain) and your horse has good stamina - Arthur must keep moving

the bounty hunters never relent, and even if you make it "out west" to new austin, the game uses a Sniper shot for a guaranteed kill of Arthur (he cannot enter New Austin without mod)

there are mods to remove both the bounty hunter in Blackwater / Tall Trees area, and the Sniper for New Austin entry - you'll probably want both, and more maybe ?

I used rampage to remove the invisible sniper in new Austin but i have to go into the menu everytime I load the game up

If you can use mods use, Lockdown Manager and Disable Out Of Bounds Sniper Mod.
You'll be able to freely travel to NA/Blackwater whenever. You just have to change what towns are lockdown by using the F7 key i think don't quote me on it though.

Without Mods, not really. It wasn't designed to for you to play there as Arthur.

While I do play with Mods now, it's because I've already played through the entire game before. It's not really advised method for a 1st playthrough. Certain Mods might even break and/or corrupt your saved games along the way.
