Excessive plants in the latest Nuevo Paraiso mod

So I downloaded the latest version of the Mexico expansion mod from LibertyCity mod site,everything seems to work fine,but there is huge amount of grass growing indoors and on pavements,with cactuses and palm trees sticking out of the presidential building in Escalara.Kinda breaks the immersion,pls help lol
