my horse is not coming ?

i'm playing online, sometimes i do bounties etc help my friends in missions, but sometimes when i try to call my horse, it just does not come no matter what i do i change server sometimes it works as usual and sometimes my horse just doesnt appear in anywhere at all what is this ?

Do you have a hunting or bounty wagon actively out?
If so you can not call your Horse while these are out, you have to go to L key menu > Stables and put them away.

Or try using Fast Travel or Wilderness Camp, then call the horse after.

i do not have a bounty wagon i did not buy it, my horse's icon never appears at all sometimes, i change the server sometimes it works and sometimes i just have to restart it.

Ok does it ever popup a message saying you need to move and then try calling the horse again? Saying your horse can't reach your current location?

Overall, if you are playing in an RDO Public Session, then basically anything and everything in the game can be bugged, due to cheaters and their mod-menu crap. They can target players and disable their weapons, horse, fast travel, wilderness camp, stables, trade/moonshine deliveries; etc.

Get with friends and play via Private Session.
