The Rockstar Games Launcher Failed to initialize.

I've tried a lot of solution on internet and still getting this message when I try to start RDR2. I'm starting to get pissed off cause I can't figure out what's the problem.. PLZ Help Me if you've experienced that issue and know what to do :(

edit - Bad Motha - sadly/exactly (though shared pc/others making attempts to fix could also apply). Many help/guides in the past have suggested some compatibility changes as a fix - people tested/did it - and never undid it. So be it.

I don't see any App EXE would have any of those applied unless YOU did it.
