rampage trainer for single player

would anyone happen to know if this would cause occasional instances of missing audio dialogue(greet/antagonize dialogues) and the rare chance of invisible npc models(only noticed this once where the sheriff was missing turning in a bounty)? I only used the trainer to unlock the map and all outfits and uninstalled it right after. Rampage is the only I have ever installed. I'm trying to see if these bugs are correlated with the trainer or if it's just the game. Thanks

I only play SP on this game and currently have it modded including rampage. Those issues are not related to the mod. those are Known bugs with the game. if you have them in Excess you probably want to verify your game files

These issues are not in excess and did go ahead and verify game files just in case. Appreciate the response.
