Does rdr2 run on virtual machine at all?

I am attempting to run it on mac virtual machine, however i believe mac isn't the direct problem as I am stuck on the launcher saying "can't create sign in ticket" after I have followed all their instructions. Surely there is a way to fix it, the latest reddit or official article abou this is like years ago so surely things changed.

I know very little about Mac's but the game uses AVX so it wouldn't run on an emulator AFAIK
