Pelts and Horse Cargo Not Showing Up In Horse Cargo Slot and Can't Sell Items to Trapper

I have a bison pelt on my horse that I'm trying to sell to the trapper. The horse cargo slot is EMPTY and NOT showing any pelt in there. When I go to the trapper's table and click on the "sell" items, no pelt is showing up. I also have a Hooded Oriole carcass that's not showing up either. How do I get the pelt and the bird carcass to show up so that I can sell it? Thanks.

Figured it out. Just had to restart the game. Everything is working fine now.
