Do the Underhill Charms do anything?

In the Naturalist role, one of the final rewards you can get at around level 20 are the Underhill Charms. I've been looking around, but there doesn't seem to be any info on them. You would think "charms" would produce some kind of positive effect on something, along with them being a top tier role reward, and not just a mess of useless cr^p hanging off your belt. Does anyone know what they're good for?

looks. That is it. It is a gimmick, a trinket without purpose.

Yeah, I guess I wasn't looking at them as an outfit accessory, but more as a trinket, or at least hoping they were.

Those are just accessories, you can purchase trinkets from Gus though and their effects stick up
