But maybe you also push your GPU to the limits with the ultra settings....
This game is extremely demanding. and the fine tuning of the graphic settings are way to many.
Maybe someone with more technical knowledge can explain this in technical terms.
I myself have almost the same CPU, got a RTX 2070 super GPU and still had troubles.
Then I switched from 8 to 16 RAM: still issues. But when I upgraded to 32 RAM almost all issues were solved.
Which is stupid, but there you see in what small thing can make a difference.

This was my 2 cents ;)
but when I ran the game on my old laptop which only got GTX1050 and I5-7300HQ , it was low in fps but the texture was good in Ultra setting , it's a very disturbing issue .
Guess one day when I buy a new PC, it would be my time to enjoy the game .right now maybe i should try to finish those fantastic games which I bought but never played .Have a great day XD
