Wait, can I avoid making Harriet angry?
I killed a ton of animals yesterday before going to sleep. I went into a showdown before quitting the game.

I log in today and I want to do some Naturalist stuff so I went to Harriet, but since I've killed so many animals I thought she would be mad, and was like "alright, let's get this over with" but it seems she doesn't even know what I've been up to.

So all that talk about "they talk with me" was pure BS huh

She's a crazy woman, wish I could kill her :brawler: Man, this really affects the "Trader Role" Oh well, stuff that woman I'm killing more animals simply to annoy the heck out of her. You know now, I noticed a new bounty board mission and guess what...I realised Harriet is the one who sent bounty hunters after em. Harriet = never trust her, she pushes the love of animals too far lol! Trust me, you will be sprayed one day, you have to kill a lot of animals haha!

I got sprayed yesterday when I thought I could get away with animal cruelty :-3

Lol, the many many ways to annoy Harriet.

1. Toxic her tent with bottles
2. Set her tent on fire with bottles
3. Wreck it more with dynamites
4. Aim guns at her and throw throwables at her
5. Crash horses and vehicles into her tent
6. Optional for those with an evil mind: kill your own horse in front of her
7. Taunt her with emotes making fun of her or say 'flip off'
8. Set her tent even more a light with flammable moonshine

There's a lot more I'm sure but if that annoys her, then what annoys me. SHE NEVER DIES THE...rip :steamsad:

I skin animals in every day red deading and have em on meh wall. But I dream to see what would happen if I did the same to Harriet. This is "R rated" after all (Tomahawk ready) *Horror music plays* muwahahaha...:-/ I think I was caught, here comes the law xD I finally killed her once and her body is on my horse, now to find an alligator, let's test her, her fake love for animals. Well Harriet, classic Harriet, she's so nuts she will still enjoy animals either in pieces or swallowed while in a crocs belly or should I say 'whole' xD.

I had that same thing happen the other day. I had been kind of avoiding her, and had concentrated on the trader role by racking up a bunch of pelt loads, and it was just like you are saying. However i wasn't getting those messages about killing animals will make her mad, and now I'm staring to see those messages again, when I shoot an animal. So it's got me wondering if she's going to freak out on me when I go back.
It's funny what the others are saying. I can't remember how many times I've thrown a stick of dynamite, or a Molotov in that tent, or just emptied my guns into her stuff. It would be nice if it made a difference. It might give her an attitude adjustment. I'd love to be able to get that bottle of her's, spray her in the face with that stuff, and then throw her to her gator friends, and see how that conversation goes.

Lol wish there was an option to counter attack her spraying before she does it to you, where you take it from her and spray her instead :-3 Possibly even, to death.

jeez - just don't kill animals near her. How hard is that....

killing animals away from her doesn't effect her.

Naturalist would be cool if it was more of a suggestion to not kill the animals and tranq them and what not. Sadly it's enforced by some retarded ♥♥♥♥♥ who locks you out for 15 minutes or whatever it is.

The tranqing part is cool and all the other stuff I just don't like harriet.

Well doesn't seem to happen with me. I killed a bear near her camp and I heard in the distance I caught you. Went to her camp and got the spray.

I do 90% hunting and after a while came back and got a mission,.. after killing lots of animals away from her. I'll check more and see.

Yeah it does, you can ride over a few squirrels on your way to buy some more sedative rounds and that can be enough to huff her and put you into the 20mins wait loop. Lol everytime it happens I just log out and go play something else, and dont touch that mode for a while. It was funny the first time yeah, but Rockstar can go bugger off with these timers Id rather play something else than be told to wait before I can enjoy the game how i want... no fun when all you want is a few bullets so you can play/progress the area you wanted.

Just another crappy mechanic to frustrate/slowdown players.

Once you get sprayed it takes like 5 minutes for her to cool down. I don't know why so many people are so upset about it. Kill whatever you want, go get sprayed (if you get at all), then go grab some drink or whatever and she'll be ok by the time.
