Can't launch game "We couldn't sign you in automatically..."

After sometime not playing a game and new win install i can't launch a game no more or better say it dose not sign in even if email is right and it is on this steam acc activated. Dose anyone know how to fix this?

i did reinstall game and all Rockstar launcer/Social club.

Oen your documents>scroll down to Rockstar Games> open RDR2 and make a new folder inside > move your settings and profile into that folder name it old.
In the Social club folder below RDR2 make a new folder name it old then move your profile to that.
Now try and start RDR2 from Steam play

for me the same thing happened for GTA V, to fix all i did was log into RDR2 and it logged me in so, i logged back out and loaded GTAV and boom logged me back in
