Flaco's Revolver stuck under his body?
I cant get it off his body as his hand is dragging it every time i manage to move the body

This happens, it's a bug. You should be able to pick it up either way. You have to complete the mission again if possible.

The only way to redo a Side mission is to not complete it and restart it. Otherwise you can load a previous save from before that point if you don't have auto-save on. Then after that if you continued you're basically doomed.
