Not an update, your steam isn't detecting RDR2 in files. Delete Download catche in settings and refresh the stored games drive.

There was some type of update I had to reinstall a mod after completely deleting it and had some crashes and glitches but right now it seems to be working ...

mine is showing 162.2 MB update. no updates notes. though it's most likely just the launcher being updated
