decomposition of corpses
I read that after a murder, corpses do not disappear, but remain and decompose in different stages, but for me they disappear, not even after a short break, but simply by moving away from the place of their death and putting five minutes. Has anyone come across this? How to solve this problem?

if its close to a town or on a road traveled on then people will remove the corpse.
if its out in the sticks you can come back and find it decomposed.

Bodies just disappear. There might be a few (side)quests that let you return later on and finding a corpse of somebody you killed before, but not in the free roam part of the game.

I think animal corpses are the ones that decompose, humans just despawn
